Continuous series water chillers CWC they serve to cool the water intended for the creation of doughs for food production such as bread, pasta, etc. They represent the highest guarantee of cooling hygiene since the water that will be used for food production does not come into contact and never stop inside the cooling tank because it passes inside the stainless steel tubular exchanger which in turn is immersed in a tank full of water cooled by a coil, called evaporator, also in stainless steel, inside which the Freon gas.

This ensures that even in the event of a break in the evaporator tube, the water to be used for production will not be polluted, furthermore there will be no problems of deposit on the bottom of the tank or stagnation due to periods of inactivity of the machine .
