Refunds and Returns Policy

You must inform Halls International within 7 days if your chosen item isn’t working, damaged or broken. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and Halls International has not been informed, unfortunately, Halls International can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 7 days from purchase (unless agreed previously with a Director of Halls International) for you to return the item.

Halls International reserve the right to refuse a return If you have changed you mind. Please make sure you are fully satisfied with the product you are about to buy.

To be eligible for a return, we must seek approval from the Manufacturers, if they agree to accept the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There will be a handling charge of returned items.

To complete your return Halls International must have received your goods. Once your return is received and inspected, Halls International will send you an email to notify you that Halls International have received your returned item. Halls International will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This will null and void our agreement.

There are situations where absolutely no refunds/returns are granted.

  • Bespoke and made to order products have no refund/return policy. Make sure you have placed the order correctly.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery without notification within 7 days to Halls International.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card company again. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Halls International only replace items if they are defective or damaged and with the approval of the manufacturer. If Halls International has agreed an exchange Halls International will send you an email. Before you return the item (at your cost unless prior approval has been given by Halls International Please send an email [email protected] and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Halls International doesn’t guarantee that Halls International will receive your returned item.
