The CWR series of rapid water coolers serve to cool water intended for the creation of mixtures for food products such as bread, pasta, etc. They are constructed of stainless steel, the tank and the evaporator coil 304, with fittings and materials only from the European market.
The characteristic of these machines is also the capacity to cool the water very quickly, since thanks to the group very powerful refrigerator it can bring the water temperature from + 18 ° C to + 3 ° C in a maximum of 20 minutes.
A CWR-D version is also available, which includes an integrated dosing device with touch screen and a manual temperature probe to measure the temperature of the flour or dough with the possibility of storing up to 20 recipes with recipe name-water temperature-quantity in liters, so that you can quickly call it up for a simple, practical use of the machine.
Not only that, the CWR-RD versions can also dose and heat water up to a maximum of +35°C, thus this function allows in a single laboratory equipment to obtain the desired water temperature without the use of mixers and water dispensers which also require connection to the hot water line.
Standard equipment includes electronic temperature control, electrical level control with solenoid valve for automatic filling, water circulation system inside the tank using pumps, which serves to accelerate the cooling process, discharge to the control unit dosing or directly into the mixer is carried out by an electric pump for manual control in the CWR 50 model or with electronic pressure control, entirely made of brass, in the CWR 100 model.
