All models are fully made of stainless steel. Stainless burner in combination with the stainless steel griddles allows faster and more economical solution in cooking due to the low speed preheating (less than 5 min.). The advantage of cooking water grills is that they give taste from the fumes of warm fat when it comes in contact with water, cook at high speed in depth thanks to the powerful burner. The roasted products do not dry because of the evaporation of the water which located under the heating plate retaining the meat tender. The same pan, serves as grease collector and helps in collection of fat and in the easy cleaning of the apparatus at once (all internal parts are detached for fast and easy cleaning in depth). Each cooking side has an ignition switch for power control, pilot and thermocouple safety.
