The Mirror M1000E DI - Drop In Plancha is a thermostatically controlled heavy duty electric chrome griddle, ideal for fast food operators, mobile trailers and front of house cooking.


  • Chromed plated 18mm thick, 50 micron, Mirror finish cooking surface
  • Grilling area - 900 x 500mm 
  • Cut out size - 1000w x 600d
  • 3 Independently controlled cooking zones
  • Thermostatically controlled - adjustable between 50 - 285'C
  • Fitted with grease tray around all 4 sides of the cooking area
  • Removable 4 ltr grease drawer
  • Supplied with 304 Stainless steel front control panel
  • Can be supplied with a grooved/ribbed cooking surface
