Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Top made in stainless steel AISI304 20/10. Flue made in enamelled cast-iron. Recessed hotplate fully welded and sealed to the top. Cooking plate in satin. 10 mm sloping surface to easily collect grease. Extractable drawer for grease drain and collection. Pilot burners with piezoelectric ignition. Gas regulation with safety tap equipped with thermocouple or safety valve. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.
