Sofraca Panini Double Grills - Special Sandwich

Panini double grills, special sandwich is a simple and fast cooking device to realize the panini which is a product with high margin. This double grill gives you flexibility of work thanks to two independent plates. Ideal for important services at noon and off-peak times of the day.

Thanks to its temperature of 300 ° C restored by the lower and upper plates, this  double grill allows a fast cooking time (approximately 1 min 30 to 1 min 50). In addition, the final baking in the grill contributes to the impression of " Homemade Quality " .

This  grill is equipped with 2 thermostats.

The solid cast iron plates are molded in one piece, weighing 10 kg each. Thanks to the solid cast iron, a large accumulation and a good distribution of heat over the entire surface of the plate allows a great saving of energy .

Any construction AISI 430 , casings (upper and lower) chrome polished with removable recuperator , 2 control lights and two timers . Insulation of control elements, professional equipotential bonding terminal, flexible upper part thanks to its robust chain which allows ease of handling (no after-sales service unlike springs) and use of flexible IP54.

Engament Quality: The IP54 electric hose connecting the upper part is in a 100% waterproof jacket (unique on the market) . 2.5mm wiring + high temperature nickel plated steel lugs.
