Infra Grills E Series is a special grilling appliance . It is intended for cooking red meats, white meats, fish and shellfish, sausages, hamburgers, steaks and all kinds of grilled specialties (kebabs, bacon and ham, etc ...).

Thanks to its temperature of 350 ° C restored by the lower and upper plates, the meat is captured instantly and retains all its softness. For example a thick Chateaubriand can be served bleeding and warm inside. This  grill is equipped with a 3-pole thermostat which ensures a perfect regulation, thus saving energy .

The thickness of the cast iron plate is used to accumulate heat. The thermostat cuts to the required temperature and the electricity consumption decreases by half.

A particularly robust AISI 430 all stainless steel construction , solid cast iron plates which allows a very strong heat accumulation (FGL 200), extra soft upper suspension for easy and light handling, possibility of adjustment by the user the upper plate adapted to the thickness of the product.

Two handles for a perfect positioning of the hob and the product, allowing a homogeneous cooking on all its surface

Chain system for flexibility of use, as well as constant pressure when cooking the product.

Chain tension adjustment system makes the weight of the cast iron plate lighter for the user (less fatigue and more speed).
