Infra Grills is a special grilling appliance . It is intended for cooking red meats, white meats, fish and shellfish, sausages, hamburgers, steaks and all kinds of grilled specialties (kebabs, bacon and ham, etc ...).
Thanks to its temperature of 300 ° C restored by the lower and upper plates, the meat is captured instantly and retains all its softness. For example a thick Chateaubriand can be served bleeding and warm inside. This double grill is equipped with 2 tripolar thermostats which ensures a perfect regulation, thus saving energy .
The solid cast iron plates are molded in one piece, weighing 10 kg each. Thanks to the solid cast iron, a large accumulation and a good distribution of heat over the entire surface of the plate allows a great saving of energy. Top free plate not attached to the bottom plate (no risk of blockage) , and it is automatically positioned according to the thickness of the product. It is light and easy to handle thanks to its balancing principle.
All stainless steel AISI 430 construction , polished chrome upper and lower housings, with removable recuperator and 2 control lights. Insulation of control elements, professional equipotential bonding terminal, flexible upper part thanks to its robust chain which allows ease of handling (no after-sales service unlike springs) and use of flexible IP54.
Engament Quality: The IP54 electric hose connecting the upper part is in a 100% waterproof jacket (unique on the market) . 2.5mm wiring + high temperature nickel plated steel lugs.
