The 8-pad sausage warmer from the Tradition range has been the benchmark for professional hot dog machines since 1964.
It has a precision thermostat in order to adjust the heat as well as possible, 1 armored resistance molded in 2.5 kg of aluminum for maximum heat diffusion, 8 aluminum studs, a removable water tray stainless steel and stainless steel lid, an AISI 430 stainless steel housing and a glass sleeve.
This professional sausage heater has a capacity of 40 pieces and a flow rate of 120 pieces/hour.
It is small and can be placed directly on the counter.
