The 8-line sausage warmer from the Tradition range has been the benchmark since 1964 for professional hot dog machines . It has a precision thermostat to adjust the heat as well as possible, 1 armored resistance overmolded in 2.5 kg of aluminum for maximum heat distribution, 8 aluminum studs, a removable water tank stainless steel and stainless steel cover, AISI 430 stainless steel housing and a glass sleeve.
This professional sausage heater has a capacity of 40 pieces and a flow rate of 120 pieces / hour. It can be bulky and can be placed directly on the counter.
