PSV has been manufacturing manual sausage filler for several generations. In the early days, the company manufactured a wide range of manual filler models, of which the PV13 is the most recent. This machine, whose qualities are recognized by professionals, is now made entirely of 304 stainless steel (including the gearbox).
The PV13 manual filler is equipped with a stainless steel cylinder that can be dismantled and pivoted for easy use and cleaning. Economical and space-saving, the manual filler is designed for small-scale delicatessens.
