All BARON gas or electric griddles belonging to the 700 Series are made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel , finished in a refined way with a Scotch Brite satin finish and have the particularities of having rounded corners and containers of a large capacity.
With a consistent depth of 700 mm and a modular width, the 700 series is complemented by supports. The grills in the 700 series are easily integrated with other equipment in the series, allowing for the creation of a compact unit with no gaps, thus ensuring maximum hygiene.
