The 180 systems doubles production with a set of forms cut every 180 degrees and because this then empties the hopper twice as quickly the product is worked much less so it is especially suitable for delicate products, fish, vegetarian, vegan, bakery, cheese, rosti and butter where it helps to maintain the original structure of the product.
The Formatic R-Series can achieve a single form shape of 120mm diameter, double form shapes of up to 55mm diameter and triple form shapes of up to 35mm diameter.
