Formatic Burger Drum 5 Inch 118mm
To fit all R2200 burger machines, these burger drums are standard sizes used across the industry.
The 4″ (100mm) and 5″ (118mm) Lead time is 3-4 weeks
Each Formatic burger drum can be adjusted to increase or decrease the depth of the burger, this is adjustable between 5 and 24mm. If you require a thicker burger than 24mm you can buy a ‘deep drop’ drum which is adjustable between 5 and 34mm however these are special order drums and would take approx 4-6 weeks to produce.
