These Firex CPE080M Basket Major line Electric Indirect Heat tilting kettles is ideal for cooking Stews, Sauces and stocks etc - as the kettle is heated by a water jacket, no heat source is in direct contact with the kettle, this prevents any possibility of the product being burnt whilst cooking - the labour saving programmable inbuilt stirrer can rotate in both directions giving even product mix. All kettles are fitted with motorised tilting of the kettle, allowing quick and safe emptying.
