Firex Easypan PM9IE370GN electric indirect heat boiling pan, gastronorm sized, allows you to cook products in lift out 1/1gn sized basket containers, allowing easy loading unloading, ideal for vegetables, pasta etc. The baskets are stacked on top of each other allowing a large capacity in a small footprint
