For tenderizing all kinds of meat, solid high-base device with stainless steel housing, 1 forward gear and impulse level for reverse, with safety switch. Thickness of the meat slices up to approx. 25 mm, width of the meat slices up to approx. 180 mm, set of steaker knife rollers with stainless steel knives, quick and hygienic cleaning.
