Product description

The series storage water chillersCWthey serve to cool the water intended for the creation of doughs for food production such as bread, pasta, etc. They are made of stainless steel, the tank and the evaporator coil304, and with fittings and materials coming only from the European market.

The standard equipment includes electronic temperature regulation, electric level control with solenoid valve for automatic filling, the water circulation system inside the tank using pumps, which serves to accelerate cooling, drainage towards the control unit dosing or directly towards the mixer takes place via an electric pump equipped with electronic pressure control, with a body completely made of bronze or stainless steel depending on the size of the machine.
