Description:
-The chocolate heater is electric, 170 W, 220V.
- Its structure in stainless steel with double use crepe maker and built-in plan.
-Heating is direct (there is no water bath).
-It is supplied with 2 pouring plastic bottles of one liter capacity.
-It measures 22.5 cm in diameter and it is equipped with a thermostat to regulate the temperature.
Directions for use:
-Use a spatula for the transfer between the pot of chocolate and the chocolate warmer.
-Add a spoon of hazelnut oil for each pot of chocolate; the paste will become liquid.
-Place the thermostat at 50°-60C and the chocolate will become liquid.
