The chocolate / sauce heater is suitable for quickly heating sauces or chocolate in a bottle. You fill the bottle and put it in the chocolate / sauce heater. Then you set the desired temperature. This way the contents of the bottle heats up evenly. When the bottle has heated enough, squeeze the bottle to get the contents out. You can put the bottle back in the heater, so the sauce or chocolate stays at the right temperature. The chocolate / sauce heater is made entirely of stainless steel, so it is easy to clean.
