The professional lava stone gas grill is ideal for cooking red meats, white meats, fish and shellfish, sausages, hamburgers, steaks and all kinds of grilled specialties (skewers, bacon and ham, etc ...). But its round rod cooking grids make it especially a professional fish barbecue special.
This professional barbecue consists of a stainless steel frame and 3 cooking grids (useful surface: 810 x 490 mm) also in stainless steel , adjustable and reclining on 3 positions with 2 bakelite handles on each rack . The inclination of stainless steel grids, allows the recovery of cooking juices during grilling in the front chute, which avoids harmful fumes. This chute is removable and washable in the dishwasher. A stainless steel splashguard 150 mm high, positioned all around the device also removable.
It also has glazed enamelled steel gas burners, 3 independent heating zones with 3 thermostats, ash drawer, safety thermocouple on each burner, manual ignition and brass taps.
