This electric grill with a large ceramic hob is the ideal equipment for cooking meat, fish or panini. Its large glass plate of 510 x 280 mm, allows a homogeneous cooking with little power (only 2000 W) . With its electric glass-ceramic system, this professional grill ensures a cooking without smell, without release of smoke and can thus be used without extractor.
The daily maintenance of this small model grill is extremely easy . After each use, simply put a wet sponge on the glass plates and thanks to its fully removable drawer , the juice and grease fall inside. Then just remove the drawer completely and go throw the juice and grease.
It has 2 heat thermostats up to 300 ° C , 2 On / Off buttons and 2 control lights . Its lever system allows continuous and gentle use on the top plate. Indeed, the upper plate is counter-balanced to ensure a perfectly homogeneous baking, whatever the thickness of the product to be cooked. In addition, the upper plate and the lower plate are never in contact to avoid shock between them once the device closed.
