The professional lava stone gas grill is ideal for cooking red meats, white meats, fish and shellfish, sausages, hamburgers, steaks and all kinds of grilled specialties (skewers, bacon and ham, etc ...).
This professional barbecue consists of a stainless steel frame and a cooking grate 810 x 490 mm also in stainless steel and shaped like V ideal for cooking meat, adjustable in height on three positions using 2 bakelite handles. This V-shaped stainless steel grill allows the recovery of cooking juices during grilling in the front chute, which avoids harmful fumes. On the bottom of the unit, a stainless steel tray filled with woody water can be positioned to sublimate the flavors of food.
It also has vitreous enamelled steel tube gas burners, 3 independent heating zones with 3 thermostats, ash drawer, safety thermocouple on each burner, manual ignition and brass taps.
