The Olis D9610TFTTGC gas grill with smooth chrome plate is part of the Diamante 90 range.

For this reason, all modules in the DIAMANTE 90 range are available with a 2 mm thick top.

This gas grill is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with a smooth cooking plate (745 x 700 mm) made with a surface coated in bright hard chrome.
The plate is inclined 10 mm forwards to allow the juice to flow into the grease collection drawer provided for this purpose.
The plate is welded to the surface, which ensures a larger cooking area and eliminates areas where dirt can accumulate.
The heat is distributed evenly across the plate, thanks to the presence of several burners located beneath the plate.
The temperature is regulated by a safety thermostatic valve with thermocouple (110°C to 280°C).
A 10 mm inclination of the plates towards the front of the machine ensures optimal flow of grease towards the collection drawer.
