Xpress MXP high speed oven combines 4 different cooking energies (impingement, convection, infra-red radiant and microwave) to enable the user to produce a wide range of menu items fast. It’s ideal for establishments such as quick service restaurants, hospitals, hotel room service and stadium catering.
The 7″ touch screen display can be configured to suit the users requirements, showing only those recipes that are required for your menu. Other food items can be easily added and timings amended, as well as being able to upload your own images for instant recognition. It only takes one touch to start cooking too – put the item into the oven and press the button!
The oven chamber is large enough to accommodate a 14″ pizza. the unit itself isn’t big, measuring only 640mm wide and with a depth of less than 700mm means it easily fits on a standard counter.
Not only does the MXP produce great food fast, cleaning is also fast with pre-installed non-stick oven lining. Cleaning chemicals are also available to prevent grease sticking to the oven chamber or to remove any existing grease.
MXP comes complete with built in wifi, ethernet and usb connections, allowing software updates and enhancements to be added as and when they become available.
How fast is the MXP? Well, as an example a 14″ frozen pizza can be cooked to perfection in less than three minutes, a fraction of the time it would take to cook the same item in a combi or fan-assisted oven.
There’s a range of accessories available to help you get the most out of your Falcon Xpress high speed oven too – from a ribbed cooking plate ideal for browning and toasting and a stone plate that’s perfect for pizzas to non-stick smooth or perforated teflon trays.
