The professional lava stone gas grill is ideal for cooking red meats, white meats, fish and shellfish, sausages, burgers, steaks and all kinds of grilled specialties (kebabs, bacon and ham, etc.). But its cooking grids with round rods make it especially a professional barbecue special for fish.
This professional barbecue consists of a fully stainless steel frame and 3 cooking grids (useful surface: 810 x 490 mm) also made of stainless steel , adjustable and tiltable in 3 positions using 2 bakelite handles on each grid . The inclination of the stainless grids allows the recovery of cooking juices during grilling in the front chute, which avoids harmful fumes. This chute is removable and washable in the dishwasher. A stainless steel splash guard 150 mm high, positioned all around the device which is also removable.
It also has vitrified enamelled steel gas burners, 3 independent heating zones with 3 thermostats, ash drawer, safety thermocouple on each burner, manual ignition and brass fittings.
