Water Knife Sterilizer - model H380 C

Fill the tank by opening the water supply tap, connect the plug to the socket and place the knives to be sterilized in the appropriate slots on the top. The equipment has been designed for the sterilization of knives, cleavers, etc. to be used in environments such as kitchens, shopping and industrial centers, butchers, delicatessens, canning and fish food industries. The sterilizer allows the destruction of microorganisms thanks to the high temperature of the water, maintained at 82 ° centigrade. 
USE OF THE STERILIZER:
To carry out a correct sterilization of the knives, proceed as follows:    
- Position the knives in the slots of the Plexiglas support.    
- Check that the "overflow" tube is perfectly inserted in its seat (the seal is guaranteed by the OR ring).   
- Adjust the temperature by turning the thermostat knob to the desired position. The indicator light will come on and will only go out when the set temperature is reached   
- Open the water inlet tap and fill the tank, then adjust the water recycling to the minimum to guarantee replacement    
- Adjust the thermostat knob (located on the control box) until the temperature indicated on the thermometer is 82 °.  
- Do not switch on the appliance if the resistance and the thermometer are not well covered with water. The equipment has been designed to be hung on a wall, which must be able to support its weight. there must be sufficient space for the sides of the door and for good maneuverability of the products to be sterilized. A socket must be installed nearby for 220/240 Volt current. 
The power supply cable must not be a hindrance to knife loading and unloading operations.
