INDUSTRIAL series Washer-extractors are suitable for hospitals, community, labour camps, army, prisons, hotels, restaurants, textile industry as well as individual washing-dyeing industry and any other facility with relevant volumes of garments and linen to wash. The INDUSTRIAL series Washer-extractors are used to wash cotton, wool, synthetic fibers and any other kind of fabric.
Features:
• Programmable computer control system with user friendly design, multiple languages and large LCD screen (Button panel or touch panel can be chosen by the user), with washing programs clearly showing and easy to use. Manual control system is available as well
• Patent design of the bearing sealing technology which supports the drum made of AISI304 stainless steel and of the high strength outer cylinder. The new high-strength bearingseat, with oversized bearing and high-accuracy short axle, ensure that machine’s lifespan is prolonged also during overload situation
• The added weight at the front of the suspended element, is counterbalanced from the shock-absorber system combined by springs and bearings, so to reach the perfect balancing of the suspended object. The effective vibration-reducing rate can reach 98% to 100%,no special foundation or fixing system needed for the machine installation
• The variable frequency drive (VFD) with LS inverters and high-quality TIMKEN bearings enable quiet operation. The main shaft sealing material, the stainless steel panel and the unique material of the soap supply system are effective against high temperatures and strong acids. The door locking device ensures safety, while the larger diameter loading door and intuitive design allow for easy loading and unloading, thus reducing labor powerdesign allow for easy loading
