Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Top made in stainless steel AISI 304 20/10. Rear flue made in enamelled cast-iron. Cooking bottom in stainless steel AISI 316 and walls in stainless steel AISI 304. Activation and control of heating by an energy regulator. The load of water is via solenoid valves activated by the remote control panel with dispenser on the cooking bottom. Water filling by adjustable tap. 2 inch drain with safety handle in athermic material. Balanced lid with a large front athermic handle. The burners are made of stainless steel AISI 304, external to the tank or to the interspace. The gas supply is controlled by valved tap with power and thermocouple control on the front panel, and electric ignitor. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.
