(thickness ranges from 1.5 to 2 mm). Simple to store, handle and dose -
ideal for fishing industry, processing, transporting and preserving
foods.
Electromechanical functionning. Extrernal structure AISI 304.
Stainless steel frame. Evaporator anticorodal alloy made, with rotating
knife. ABS plastic components. Cleanable antiscale filter. Removable and
cleanable air filter. Automatic water charge. Standard ice bin not
available, needs to be custom-made.
