The ovens is designed for baking or heating foods like bread, candies,
biscuits, pizzas, and in general all foods that are made from flour.
Important: Food needs to be without alcoholic components.
The main
features of the Rotary Convection Oven are its equal heat distribution,
highly efficient working and regular air circulation system inside the
oven. Touch operated panel provides a colored display which provides
easinines for creating recipe and adjustment of the options easily. The
tray shelves are rotated in the direction preferred as long as the
period adjusted with its high sensitivity reduction motor. The steam is
produced with the steam cartridges assembled at the back right hand side
of the oven. Connecting the cold water is enough to make the steam
system operable. The model is equipped with a deck oven.
The air
circulation must be good in the place where the oven is assembled. The
totale ambient temperature of +50°C must not be exceeded. The delivery
heat of the stove is thus included. Steam Exhauster Chimney Outlet Ø100
mm.
