Made of stainless steel inside and out, with the exception of the galvanised steel base. Insulation 60 mm. Door (50 mm insulated) with automatic closing, hinges on the left side and magnetic seal. Electronic control board. Defrosting with door open, without the use of heating elements or hot gas. Removable plastic condensate drip tray.
Cycles can be set with core probe +3°C/-18°C/-35°C/-40°C. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet (60/80 H mm).
Standard equipment: Core probe. Stainless steel rails suitable for GN 1/1 and 600x400 mm.
