aluminum alloy, belt drive, motor with thermal switch, push-button panel
with low voltage controls, forged blade in 100Cr6 tempered steel,
carriage sliding on self-lubricating bushings, product holder plate with
double sliding, plate release system, sharpener incorporated in cast
aluminum and closed product holder arm with automatic release with
removable stainless steel plate.
Also available in the version with knobs completely in anodized aluminum ( Pro S series ) .
