The Valentine EVO400 is the ideal fryer for any commercial kitchen.
Pressed from a single piece of stainless steel, it has a smooth rounded
easy to clean profile. The design has a small cool zone which ensures
that it takes less oil to fill, this means that it will cost less in oil
to fill and less to heat a smaller amount of oil thus saving money for
the operator and reducing the life-costs in owning a Valentine fryer.
• Stainless steel pan with a rounded smooth finish for easy cleaning.
• Heating element that pivots upwards for improved access to the pan when cleaning.
• Cold zone ensures the fryer will save between 5 - 10% of the oil capacity.
• Storage space for the lid located in the back of the door.
• Full insulation means less heat loss during operation.
