The DBV control system operates on a time basis, meaning that air is extracted for a certain period of time, regardless of whether the desired vacuum has already been reached (or not).
(However, if vacuum sealing is performed frequently, an SX controller can offer a significant time saving.) Vacuuming time and sealing time are each adjustable in 9 steps. The instant seal button allows the vacuuming process to be manually interrupted to protect delicate products or to vacuum seal liquids. Features include double-seam sealing, a stop button, and a pressure gauge.
