All stainless steel meat mincer with case. Grinding unit can be disassembled for accurate cleaning. Thermal protection as standard. Receiving tray, hopper, mesh plates, watertight base.
Recommended for professional use, indispensable in any butcher shop, restaurant, hotel and canteen. S/steel structure, motor equipped with thermal protection, s/steel and detachable mincing unit, self-sharpening grid and knives, s/steel hopper and meat receiver plate, ABS pestle. Mod. TC22BC is equipped as standard with reverse gear and are available also with cast-iron mincing unit.
