The Talsa K15 NEO bowl cutter is the new replacement model of the older Talsa K15e bowl cutter. The bowl chopper now comes as standard with variable knife speed and a digital touchscreen. The bowl cutter now comes only in 1ph electric supply.
The K15 NEO is a table top bowl cutter with automatic stop programmable by elapsed time or temperature limit. The bowl cutter is made from high quality stainless steel and has one motor. The three standard knives are BE-GW Steffens and can easily be removed for cleaning. The knifes can be increased to a 6-knife head by adding option above. The K15 NEO bowl chopper comes with a folding plastic anti-noise cover and a digital thermometer as standard.
