This new model with a large working surface is designed for all sugar work and specially ribbon.

 3 ceramic bulbs mounted on flexible, with 3 positions energy regulation.

Heating zone on the back of the working surface, with 3 positions energy regulation up to 70°C to hold warm sugar.

 Working surface 53 x 32,5 cm, with Exopat non stick mat. Raised surface on foot, very stable, to improved comfort of work.
