The steel gas snack plate is an ideal appliance for cooking cutlets, steaks, sausages, burgers, buns, bacon and all kinds of grilled specialties (kebabs, bacon and ham, etc.).
The thickness of the plate of 8 mm prevents the temperature drop and the meat is seared instantly while retaining its softness. In addition, the steel plate allows a large accumulation and a good distribution of heat over the entire surface of the plate: strong heat accumulation = energy saving .
This Gas griddle plate is equipped with a maximum and minimum adjustment valve with safety electro-valve .
A stainless steel 18/8 building with rounded edge, safety valve and thermocouple flame position and slowed up and splash side shields welded hermetically to the griddle gas.
For better hygiene and to facilitate the daily cleaning of this professional cooking appliance, the steel plate and the grease collector are removable.
