This professional gas stove has been specially designed for caterers. It has 2 fires a total power of 6980 W . A fully stainless steel AISI 430 construction, with 2 very robust cast iron grates (thickness of 7 mm), 2 high quality burners of French manufacture, 2 taps with idle and 2 independent heating zones.
For easy and quick daily maintenance and cleaning, Sofraca has thought of everything, the cast iron grate, the burner crown and the stainless steel plate are completely removable.
Delivered as standard with a set of spare Natural Gas injectors.
