This commercial food warmer keeps your food at the perfect serving temperature from the first serving to the last. It's constructed of stainless steel with a stainless steel water vessel, inset and hinged lid. An adjustable thermostat with degree markings is thermostatically controlled to keep your food at the perfect temperature.

The warmer can also be fitted with a portion-controlled topping pump (81320) or an inset with three squeeze bottles (86819) for adding your Signature Touch™ to a dessert or specialty item.
