This gas Shoarma makes it easy to cook kebab or gyros meat spit up to 60 kg with 3 individually controlled ceramic burners. The glass ceramic burners have unequaled heating speed.
In addition to the individual adjustment of the heat, it is possible to adjust the backsplash and the heat source relative to the meat, which allows to better adapt the cooking to the volume of the meat pin known as "carrot" and allowing thus to the piece of meat a homogeneous cooking .
Other advantages, the spindle can be easily assembled and disassembled and its support is completely hermetic, which allows the 230 V motor to be protected from any infiltration of fat or gravy during cooking.
