The 2-stage Toaster Series JUNIOR is a professional multipurpose , high-power , heavy-duty, rugged cooking appliance built entirely of AISI 430 stainless steel . It has a toaster function and a salamander function . With a rounded and modern design, its special feature is its top plate for keeping dishes warm . It has a handle attached to the 2 inner work grids for easier handling and avoid the loss of the handle, 3 switches to turn on or off each quartz tube ramp with the possibility to select up, middle and down ramps , 3 independent ramps of 4 quartz tubes each, 1 heat controller (guaranteed heating quality) , 1 cleaning drawer with handle for easy cleaning after use, 1 timer with possibility to use it in a continuous position.
Quartz tubes switch on and off intermittently more or less quickly, allowing the product to be heated to the heart, grated on the top and crispy, unlike the toasters without regulator that gratinate the top but the heat has not no time to get inside and the product stays cold.

Quartz tube with stainless steel resistance, giving it an unequaled lifetime and a perfect heat diffusion. In addition, a steatite bead has been inserted to perfectly position the resistor in the middle of the quartz tube to prevent overheating and ensure perfect insulation.

1 - toaster function:

- To reheat or keep warm: quiches, pizzas, pies, salty or sweet pies, waffles, pancakes, croque monsieur, Parisian hot dog, brioche, donut, but also all kinds of dishes in sauce (ratatouille, eggs ... scrambled).
- For gratinating : for all types of potato gratin, zucchini, vegetables, fruits, crème brûlée, tarte tatin, hot goat cheese, lasagna, mussels, stuffed pasta.
