This professional induction cooktop features two 250mm diameter cooking zones . This high-performance induction cooker boasts two 4mm thick ceramic glass plates and is constructed of satin-finish stainless steel with ventilation vents for the electrical components. It delivers a very powerful 2100W heating element on each zone, which, combined with the ceramic glass technology, guarantees ultra-fast heating!
This SOFRACA induction cooker features a reinforced construction with a powerful fan to prevent the induction element from overheating and double-walled insulation to prevent the ingress of substances such as water, flour, or dust. It is equipped with two independent control knobs offering nine power levels from 100W to 2100W for precise heat regulation (manual adjustment). These two knobs allow for two separate heating zones. It also includes overheat protection and an on/off indicator light for each cooking zone. The ceramic glass cooktop makes daily cleaning quick and easy .
