The 19046 Double Forain gas waffle maker has reversible plates which allow a homogeneous distribution of the dough and more airy and soft waffles. The reversibility of the irons is easy to handle. A professional waffle maker designed for fresh homemade waffles.
The result after baking is remarkable: Thanks to its gray cast iron plates with high conduction value which allow to distribute the heat evenly and to obtain nicely golden and crispy waffles.
All stainless steel construction and with equipment, 2 taps with idle option to control the power of the flames, 2 safety devices, 2 pilot lights and 2 reversible irons in independent gray cast iron.
