The CLASSIC 1-stage Toaster Series is a professional multifunction cooking appliance , robust and built entirely in stainless steel AISI 430 . It has a toaster function and a salamanderfunction . Its particularity is its round shape for a perfect diffusion of the heat and its superior grid of storage which makes it possible to keep the products warm . It has a handle attached to the inner work grate for easier handling and avoid the loss of the handle, 2 switches to turn on or off each quartz tube ramps with the possibility of selecting up and down ramps, 2 ramps of 2 quartz tubes each, 1 heat regulator (guaranteed heating quality) , 1 cleaning drawer with handle for easy cleaning after use, 1 timer with possibility to use it in continuous position and 1 steel grid chromium.
Quartz tubes switch on and off intermittently more or less quickly, allowing the product to be heated to the heart, grated on the top and crispy, unlike the toasters without regulator that gratinate the top but the heat has not no time to get inside and the product stays cold.
