This electric fryer on chest has 2 tanks of 10 liters and was entirely built in stainless steel with a design and rounded corners for easy cleaning. Ideal for fast food and high-speed establishment thanks to its power of 12 000 W and these 2 independent frying zones controlled by a switch.
This model of electric fryer is equipped with 2 baskets of 10 liters and has filter covers and control box fully removable for easy daily maintenance. Adjustable stainless steel legs up to 150 mm (with possibility of fixing to the floor according to CE - UL / NSF standards) . A power relay, draining by high - flow tap, perfectly insulated tank with gauge (min - max), integrated resistance with thermostatic bulbs held by 2 stainless steel flanges, reset of the safety thermostat inside the trunk.
Delivered with a bucket of emptying.
Fully removable filter cover and control box for easy maintenance.
