The double plate pancake pan is ideal for cooking soft and golden crepes, buckwheat pancakes, blinis etc ... A special large-volume machine .
This double crepe maker is equipped with 2 high quality microfibre cast iron plates FG 200 of 400 mm diameter and 12 mm thick each. The thick and solid cast iron saves energy due to the concentration of heat. Its thickness also allows an even cooking of the pancake. It also has 2 precision thermostats and 2 control lights, which allows it to have 2 independent heating zones. Its construction is all stainless steel AISI 430 .
