The  20092 professional electric crepe maker is ideal for cooking soft and golden crepes, buckwheat pancakes, blinis etc ...

This griddle has a plate cast high quality micro furrowed FG 200 of 350 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick . The thick and solid cast iron saves energy due to the concentration of heat. Its thickness also allows an even cooking of the pancake. It also has a precision thermostat and a control light. Its construction is all stainless steel AISI 430 .

SOFRACA QUALITY COMMITMENT: High quality FG200 micro-furrowed plate = air cushion effect so that the paste does not stick. Full cast of 12 mm.
